In order to further learn, study and interpret the policy information on related industries after the Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC, consult and forecast policy trend and development tendency of national policy on real estate industry in the next year, brainstorm to properly understand policy trend, and keep up with the times, develop scientific and logic development planning and strategy of the Group in the coming five years under the guidelines of related national conferences, as well as work plans for the year of 2013. At 17:00 p.m., Nov 23, 2012, more than 30 cadres higher than assistant General Manager from various centers and urban subsidiaries of Henan Weiye Group assembled in the meeting hall of the Group, to attend policy interpretation session on the Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC.

The session was started with studying of interpretation documents of policy information on the Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC, among the attendants led by Chen Yuemei, Assistant President of the Group; then, led by Zhang Kai, another Vice President of Henan Weiye Group, the attendants uttered their views and exchanged ideas, expressed personal opinions about future policy trend in relation with real estate industry from related policy information disclosed in the work report of the Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC.

In the end, Song Fulin, Regional President of Henan Weiye Group, delivered a summary speech, appreciated executive staffs of Personnel Administrative Center for organizing the session, all attendants for their understanding and sharing opinions about policy information of the Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC, and their suggestions and insights on internal development. From a veteran's comprehension of real estate industry and national policy for many years, the CEO analyzed domestic political, economic and industrial environment of real estate sector in precise thinking and from professional perspective, reiterated the innovation to important position, called for "innovation in thinking, innovation in working standard, innovation in working method" in business practice in the future, and assured the attendants that situation in real estate industry in 2013 will be better that that in 2012.
