“Unity” refers to the cohesion of team, keeping the unified pace when working. "Sharing" emphasise the share of secret of success and lesson of failure to prevent repeating problem. "Tolerate" is two-way. Superior and subordinate should understand each other. Tolerate is definitely not the cover-up. For the employee's mistake, we have to give more understanding rather than criticism. "Treasure" stresses that we should have a grateful heart to be content with the facts in some extent and cherish the present opportunity.
