At 10:00a.m., April 19, 2013, on the construction site of "Xiang Hu Wan" project of Henan Tiandao Asset Management Co., Ltd as the employer, with gongs and drums, waving colored flags, striking balloons, groundbreaking ceremony of the project was organized amid a joyful crowd.

  Mr. Song Fulin, CEO of Weiye Holdings Ltd cum Regional President of Henan Weiye Group, Mr. Zhang Kai and Ms. Chen Yuemei, Vice presidents of Henan Weiye Group, Mr. Dong Chaoxing, General Manager of Henan Tiandao Asset Management Co., Ltd, heads of all centers of the Group were present, among distinguished invitees were Mr. Dong Junge, Chairman of Trade Union of CITIC Bank Zhengzhou Office, Mr. Wang Gonghai, Leader of Project Working Group of Zhongmou County, comrade Fan Xinfa, Director of Military Office of Baisha Town, comrade Gao Nuowei, Head of Gaozhuang Village and comrade Gao Tiechui, CPC Branch Secretary of Gaozhuang Village, and project participants including General Contractor and Supervision Contractor were invited to attend the grand groundbreaking ceremony.

The groundbreaking ceremony started with a welcoming address of Mr. Dong Chaoxing, General Manager of Henan Tiandao Asset Management Co., Ltd, to the attendants, and presented to them the project profile; Mr. Dong Junge, Chairman of Trade Union of CITIC Bank Zhengzhou Office delivered a passionate speech on behalf of the Bank, fully recognized the hard works performed by the employer for smooth launch of "Xiang Hu Wan" project, and expressed hope of early completion of the project; Mr. Wei Jiasheng, the construction contractor's representative and Mr. Guo Zijie, the supervision contractor's representative, vowed successful completion of the project on behalf of the contractors, and expressed their determination and confidence on fulfillment of the construction tasks.

Then, witnessed by all staffs of Henan Tiandao Asset Management Co., Ltd and representatives of the contractors, Mr. Song Fulin declared "official commencement of construction of Xiang Hu Wan project!" Officials and distinguished guests came to the crystal ball to launch the project, and laid the first shovel of earth.

Amid prolonged applauses and firecrackers, the groundbreaking ceremony of "Xiang Hu Wan" project was concluded with great success, the new hallmark of urbanization construction of Xindong District of Zhengzhou City and development of Henan Tiandao Asset Management Co., Ltd.
