Since Jan 2013, Heshun Garden Project of Henan Tiandao Asset Management Co., Ltd, with general arrangement of the Group and complete support of all centers including Cost Design Center, under the leadership of Dong Chaoxing, General Manager of Henan Tiandao Asset Management Co., Ltd to his team to work with initiatives, and strict supervision of implementation, following project planning, discussion and determination of house type, regulation of planned height limit (Change from 60m to 80m), text design of submittal for approval and four revisions, review of project plan was passed on Feb 22, 2013, the document of Reply to Detail Planning on the Build-ability of Heshun Garden Residential Community was issued as scheduled on Feb 28, a symbol of fast progress and high efficiency, breaking the key bottleneck restraining project progress, and making a solid basis for fulfillment of 2013 performance objective.
As the first icebreaking project of Weiye Holdings in Zhengzhou regional market after standstill for two years, this project is very important to the development of the Group, heralding its further development in local market of Henan.
