On May 29, 2013, an official Strategic Cooperation Agreement was entered into by and between Weiye Holdings Ltd and Shenzhen Auratic Group. Such move of Weiye Holdings Ltd intends to take ceramic culture as the breakthrough point to explore innovative model of strategic cooperation of "cultural brand + commercial property" between two business giants, and both sides will take full advantages of respective brand and funds, to apply for development lands of cultural industry commodity housing in domestic target cities at bid price lower than market price, mobilize the strength of Weiye Holdings Ltd in property operation, to realize win-win effect of cultural brand and property operation.
