At 9:00a.m., Sep 17, main structure of building #11 in the first phase, Xinzhuang Resettlement Area of Henan Xingwei Property Co., Ltd's Village to Town merging project, contracted to Henan Xingwei Property Co., Ltd, was completed amid roaring firecrackers.

  Li Zhi, General Manager, Ren Ranran, Assistant General Manager and all staffs of Engineering Management Department of Henan Xingwei Property Co., Ltd, and leaders of The First Construction Group of Henan Province attended the brief and grand capping ceremony.

The successful capping of building #11 makes a solid basis for orderly progress of subsequent projects, provides full support to advance delivery of project construction, sets an example to construction progress of other buildings of the project, and will spur on fast construction progress of other buildings.
