On Aug 19, 2016, Yehai Shangcheng Project developed by Hainan Weiye Group was granted with Certificate of Real Estate Ownership, another good news following bid award of project related plots on July 07, 2016, and breaking historic record of 43 days from bid award to issuing of Certificate of Real Estate Ownership; also, Hainan Group was the first enterprise in Haikou City being granted with Certificate of Real Estate Ownership.
